Automate the pain away and make everyday work better
If repetitive tasks are slowing you down or gaps in your existing systems are holding you back, we solve them quickly – one by one.
We're not looking for a long term relationship
Most vendors want you locked in for years. We’re the opposite. Need us for 3 months until your system upgrade? Perfect. Just one automation forever? Also perfect. Want to cancel after trying it? No hard feelings.
Here’s what we skip
- Lengthy RFQ processes
- All day vendor workshops
- In depth requirement specs
- Six month implementations
- Convoluted multi year contracts
Here’s what we do
- Quick conversation about your problem
- Build it in 2-4 weeks
- $1,500 setup + $290/month
- Cancel anytime (seriously, we mean it)
Think of us as the automation equivalent of a casual fling – we’ll solve your problem, no strings attached, and we won’t be weird if you move on.
Your problems are our focus
We fix your problems, one at a time. And if you’re lucky enough to only have one problem, that’s great. Otherwise we can keep solving as many problems as you have for as long or short as you need.
Manual data entry that wastes staff time
The Problem
Staff spend hours rekeying information between systems – extracting data from PDFs into your CRM, creating payroll records after HR onboarding, copying form data into multiple systems. It’s tedious, error-prone, and takes staff away from meaningful work.
The Automation
We connect your systems so data flows automatically. For example:
- HR onboards employee → create payroll record automatically
- PDF application received → extract data and populate CRM
- Form submitted → create records in multiple systems at once
The Outcome
- Staff save hours each week on data entry
- Fewer errors mean less rework and faster processing
- Information flows where it needs to go, when it needs to be there
No easy way to get important information to people quickly
The Problem
You need to notify residents about emergencies, planned roadworks, or area-specific events. But there’s no easy way to send SMS from your systems, or the data lives in GIS/spreadsheets, not your communications platform.
The Automation
We pull data from wherever it lives (GIS layers, mailing lists, spreadsheets, system filters) and send targeted bulk SMS. For example:
- Civil emergency → SMS everyone in affected postcodes or GIS polygon
- Planned roadworks → notify residents on specific streets
- Event announcement → SMS to subscriber list
- Water outage → alert properties in service area
The Outcome
- get critical information out to people when they need it most
- reduce the number of calls to Customer Service for the same thing
- Improve community engagement with timely updates
Useful information trapped in systems, not on your website
The Problem
You have useful information locked in internal systems – DA applications, bin collection schedules, event registrations, property data. But there’s no easy way to display this on your public website. Residents call for information that should be available online, but it’s simply too difficult.
The Automation
We pull data from your internal systems and display it securely on your website. For example:
- Current DA applications being advertised (auto-updated daily)
- Bin collection days by address lookup
- Facility booking availability
- Road closure information from your works management system
The Outcome
- Fewer calls as customers can self serve
- People discover information they didn’t even know to ask about
- Data stays current without staff manually updating web pages
- Better transparency and community engagement
- Fewer “can you check for me?” calls
Customer emails that are only as good and consistent as the people who send them
The Problem
Staff manually send emails when something changes in your systems – planning approvals, payment receipts, application updates. If someone’s busy or forgets, residents are left in the dark and start calling.
The Automation
When something happens in your system, we automatically send a branded email or SMS. For example:
- Planning admin requests additional info → branded email to applicant
- Payment received → confirmation SMS
- Permit approved → notification with next steps
- Library book overdue → friendly reminder
The Outcome
- Residents get timely updates without staff having to remember to send them
- Fewer “where’s my application?” phone calls to your team
- Professional, on-brand communications every time
- Consistent service – everyone gets the same quality updates, no one gets forgotten
Clunky web forms that frustrate residents and create more work
The Problem
Your current forms look like they’re from the nineties, with their clunky UI and confusing layout. Plus they don’t even do what you need them to.
The Automation
We build clean, user-friendly web forms that send all the info where you need it. Conditional fields, file uploads, address lookups, lodgement notifications, payment integration – whatever makes sense for the application.
The Outcome
- Higher completion rates (forms that don’t frustrate people)
- Less phone/email traffic for staff
- Data goes straight to your system, no re-keying
- Better resident experience = fewer complaints
Ready to automate one of these? Or you have a different problem? Either way, we're happy to hear about it.

FAQs
We use Microsoft Power Automate and Power Pages – enterprise-grade platforms your IT team will recognize. Everything is hosted in Australian data centers for compliance and data sovereignty.
Where is data hosted and is it secure?
Australian Microsoft data centres, enterprise security standards, encrypted connections.
What does our IT team need to do?
Minimal setup. For integrations to your systems, your IT team may need to configure API access or provide integration credentials – typically takes 15-30 minutes. We’ll guide them through exactly what’s needed.
For standalone automations (web forms, bulk SMS), there’s no IT setup required.
What systems can you integrate with?
Most common council systems – your ERP, EDRMS, GIS, SharePoint. If it has an API or can export data, we can usually connect to it. Not sure about your specific system? Just ask.
How long does setup take?
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
We're getting a system upgrade in 9 months. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Use us for 9 months, cancel when your new system goes live. We’re here for a good time, not a long time.
What if we need changes to the automation?
Minor tweaks are included in your monthly fee. Significant changes would be quoted separately.
What happens if we cancel?
No penalties, no questions asked. Give us 30 days notice and we’ll help with any transition if needed.
Are there any other costs we should know about?
Some software vendors charge for access to their integration layer or API. If your vendor charges for this, you’ll need to factor that in. We’ll let you know upfront if your specific system has these requirements.
