Where is data hosted and is it secure?

Australian Microsoft data centres, enterprise security standards, encrypted connections.

What setup do we need to do?

Minimal setup. For integrations to your systems, your IT team may need to configure API access or provide integration credentials – typically takes 15-30 minutes. We’ll guide them through exactly what’s needed.

For standalone automations (web forms, bulk SMS), there’s no IT setup required.

What systems can you integrate with?

Most common  systems – your ERP, EDRMS, GIS,  Bookings, Assets, SharePoint. If it has an API or can export data, we can usually connect to it. Not sure about your specific system? Just ask.

We're getting a system upgrade in 9 months. Can you still help?

Absolutely. Get your automations set up in 2-4 weeks and then when the upgrade is ready, just let us know and we’ll cancel. 

How long does setup take?

Once we have everything we need from you, then 2-4 weeks. The kinds of things we need are the necessary account and API key details as well as well as as clear outline of the automation. 

What if we need changes to the automation?

Minor tweaks are included in your monthly fee. Significant changes would be quoted separately.

Are there any other costs we should know about?

Some software vendors charge for access to their integration layer or API. If your vendor charges for this, you’ll need to factor that in. We’ll let you know upfront if your specific system has these requirements.

What happens if we cancel?

No penalties, no questions asked. Give us 30 days notice and we’ll help with any transition if needed.
